St. Anthony's academic policies have been reviewed and modified as a part of the application process to the State Council of Higher Education in Virginia for religious exemption from state regulation and oversight in the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with 8 VAC 40-31-50 of the Virginia Administrative Code.
